Yoga On The Mezz
This time of year is always slow and dragging, it's hard to find fun and unique things to do with friends. If you've been looking for new weekly event to do with those friends, or just something fun for yourself. You can enjoy a brew and bend with friends at CBW! Yoga on the Mezz is the perfect event for you and anyone who wants to give this a try.
Yoga On The Mezz has been huge here in the Quad Cities, and due to popular demand, we now have 2 sessions per night! Each session lasts one hour. The first session is at 6pm with Susan McLoone of KindredMinds. Then at 8pm with Monique Jackson.
Yoga is a great way to help relax, and destress. Yoga is also a good way to also stay active, and it's fun. This event is welcome to everyone, new to this event and also veterans to yoga are also welcome. The event is $10 at the door! Participants also get $2 off their first drink.
