Maybe it's because of the horrible weather we've been having, but it seems like this week has been extra EXTRA long, doesn't it?

Fortunately, temps are supposed to get much higher this weekend (seriously, like 50 degrees as a high) and you'll be able to burn off some energy with outdoor activities. Luckily, I was able to get some of mine out, thanks to Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Their annual Putt-A-Round tournament took place at the RiverCenter this week, starting on January 30th and wrapping up today. Honestly, I'm not a very good putt putter, and neither was my team. We each managed a hole-in-one though, so that was exciting!

The important thing is that we had fun, and supported a great cause. The event brought in a ton of people, and raised money to help local kids.

On top of this event, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America scored a HUGE donation from Maroon 5.

Ahead of their Super Bowl performance this weekend, the band donated $500,000 to the organization! It was a good week for BBBS.
