March is a friendly reminder to get back to the basics of your health.
When did eating and diets become so hard, anyway? I mean, there are so many rules to eating these days. It can definitely get confusing. There are fad diets, fad crazes and it doesn't seem that, overall, that the rates of obesity are going down.
