Bettendorf Elementary Teacher Awarded For Being The “Educator Every Child Deserves”

The Fall 2025 semester isn't done yet and as kids are working hard, we're going out for our surprises with Ultimate Chocolates to highlight and reward a deserving Quad Cities teacher.

It's now time to announce this week's B100 & Ultimate Chocolate's QC Teacher of the Week!

Congrats to Mary Johnson, Special Education teacher at Mark Twain Elementary in Bettendorf!

Ms. Johnson was nominated by Kim, who said in her nomination:

I would like to nominate Mary Johnson, Special Education Teacher at Mark Twain Elementary, for Teacher of the Week. Mrs. Johnson is the kind of educator every child deserves but not every child is lucky enough to have. She goes above and beyond for her students academically, emotionally, and personally.
