My brother, Arthur, is a high school senior. To say he's been "running the school" would be the understatement of the year. Between friends, basketball all four years, working at HyVee, trying his hand at acting, etc... not even I can keep track of his social schedule, and that's saying something.

My alma matter decided to put on a beauty pageant of sorts for the guys of the school, titled "Mr. Edgewood." The competition runs similar to Miss America including an introduction, a question and answer session and a talent portion.

Don and Con (the parental unit) went to the show this past Saturday night at our school's auditorium. It was sold out. As soon as I heard that Arthur had been "practicing his talent for hours," my only request was to have it all on video. They complied, and did not disappoint. I think my favorite part of the talent section was his attempt at ballerina leaps across the stage, but it's really hard to choose just one.

Arthur ended up being crowned Mr. Edgewood and the whole thing was just too enjoyable to keep all to myself. So, enjoy:
