Earlier this year, the Quad Cities was named one of the most affordable places for millennials to live. But now, that ranking has expanded to cover more than just millennials!

According to WQAD, a new study by NerdWallet puts the Quad Cities in the top five most affordable "mid-sized metropolitan areas in the country." It's a pretty specific description – the study ranked affordability by comparing household incomes with average home prices, not factoring in tax or anything else – but it's still a pretty exciting feat.

The Quad Cities area was compared to 87 other areas in the country, and it managed to crack the top five. Here's the full list of the top 5 best places.

1. Youngstown-Warren-Boardman, Ohio-Pennsylvania

2. Peoria, Illinois

3. Rockford, Illinois

4. Erie, Pennsylvania

5. Quad Cities

So, if you're trying to convince more of your friends or family to move here, now you've got the numbers to back you up! Numbers never lie.
