When your girl says to take her to dinner, you better take her the heck to dinner.

It's known (or at least should be) that ladies like our partners to take us to dinner every now and then. Even in a long-term thing, it's still required.

That's what this one Wisconsin lady clocked her now-late boyfriend on.

27-year-old Mikayla Kloth is in some trouble because prosecutors say she stabbed her 25-year-old boyfriend Lukas Rosch because, as she told investigators, she was "angry" at him over a dinner dispute.

It happened Friday night in the Village of Lac La Belle. Rosch's family says he was a loving son and brother, a devoted dog dad, and a special uncle and of course they're not happy Rosch was taken from them over such a petty argument.

Kloth allegedly said in an interview with police that she didn't want Rosch to come over for dinner that night, she wanted to go out for dinner instead. She said Rosch was "pushing her buttons" when he brought in chicken to the apartment that he was intending to cook in the air fryer.

Waukesha County Circuit Court Commissioner David Herring said at Kloth's court hearing:

This complaint indicates that this young lady got into an argument because he brought home chicken to eat instead of taking her out. She admits, saying, ‘I stabbed him. If you have to take me to jail, OK.’

Later, Kloth said "she should have just gone to the bar, and the whole thing was just irritating".

So obviously now Kloth is cooked and facing a charge of first-degree intentional homicide with a $2 million bail and a preliminary hearing set for May 29th.
