If Someone Doesn’t Believe Quad Cities Weather Is Insane Show Them These.
When it snowed on Monday March 15th after an absolutely beautiful weekend I knew that this week would be an insane one when it comes to weather. The Midwest is known for drastic change in weather. There is the old saying,
"If you don't like the weather in the Midwest just wait 5 minutes, and it'll change."
A perfect example of that was this week.
The Quad Cities had spring break this week, sadly the first day was packed with snow. This week fit the saying, "blink in the Quad Cities, and the weather will change."
Those pictures were all taken at 11am. Hard to believe they were only days apart. That's why those who live in the Midwest, and in the Quad Cites can handle any challenge! The weather makes us stronger..... Well at least that's what I tell myself.
