Beginning in early 2026, beer drinkers across both Iowa and Illinois will finally be able to raise a Yuengling of their own.  The beer will also be expanding to Wisconsin in 2026.

Jennifer Yuengling, Vice President of Operations, D.G. Yuengling & Son, Inc., said,  “We’re gearing up for an exciting rollout in Iowa. You’ll start seeing Yuengling on draft in bars and restaurants on February 2, and then our packaged beers will follow in grocery stores, liquor stores, and other retailers starting March 23. We’re bringing Lager and Flight to taps first, and the packaged lineup will include Lager, Light Lager, Black & Tan, Golden Pilsner, and FLIGHT. Our goal is to make it easy for fans across the state to find their favorites.”

It all started in 1829 in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, where founder David G. Yuengling began a legacy that has endured for nearly two centuries. Through Prohibition, fires, and six generations of family brewers, Yuengling has remained dedicated to its beer.

“As a 6th-generation family brewer, our family has always believed that great beer brings people together,” said Wendy Yuengling, Chief Administrative Officer. “Each new state we enter feels like welcoming more people into the Yuengling family. Expanding into Iowa and Wisconsin is another proud chapter in our nearly 200-year story, and we can’t wait to raise a glass with our newest fans.”
