This is the World’s Ugliest Dog

The 31st annual World's Ugliest Dog Contest was in California last weekend.  The winner was a small mutt with bug eyes and disheveled fur . . . some of which has matted into DREADLOCKS.

He also has short, stubby legs and zero teeth and is named Scamp the Tramp.

The dog’s owners will get a trophy, $1,500 in cash, and an appearance on the "Today" show.
