B100’s Pet of the Week: Adopt Naomi The Dachshund

We're back with another pet of the week and she just might be our cutest yet. Meet Naomi, the dachshund!

She is actually a miniature dachshund, so she's not quite as long as your typical weiner dog. Naomi is 2 years old, and just about 10 lbs – according to Pam at the Humane Society, Naomi is fully grown at this point.

She came into the shelter as a stray, so she's a little shy around new people but once she gets to know you, she loves to cuddle up. Dachshunds are by nature very curious, so you'll have to keep a close eye on her when she's outside.

Naomi's adoption fee is $105 and will cover all the necessary vaccinations, and her spaying. She's available now at the Humane Society of Scott County!
